Awesome: both price and tureen
I wanted to buy tureen a while ago. The funny thing even in Lakewood store sale people did not know what tureen stands for. I don't blame them, not much people are using this awesome thing, not much people prefer soup over hamburger in the USA anyway.
I was surprised by the price: the value of it is wonderful, and so the tureen that easily fit the microwave and does not take too much space in the refrigerator either. I love it! It gives me feeling of family, and tureen is served-yourself thing. It is a real pleasure to have it on the dinner table.

smaller than size stated
Simple, functional design; will look good in formal or casual setting. My only complaint: It is NOT 3.5 quarts as the box states. When I got a look at its actual size I was skeptical, and found by using a quart measuring cup that it fits 3 quarts, and that's filling it almost to the rim. So more than 2.5 quarts is likely to spill when using a ladle to stir the contents around.
