nice, but finish is different
I had been looking for a small wine rack for a whille, and decided to take a chance and order this one online. The picture shows a more stained-looking finish than it really is; the reality is more like a very nice, decent quality woodshop project. Wood is much grainier and irregular than the picture, but it is still nice. The first one I ordered arrived with the wood splintering a bit in the back. Would this really bother me, I wondered; and how much vs the hassle of packing it back up and taking the box to the post office to return it. So I emailed Cx Service to see if they could offer any sort of discount refund to make the wine rack a little cheaper (shipping and tax added 10.00 to the 35.00 price). They sent me out a new wine rack the next day, with no request for the original back. This one arrived undamaged and is on my counter now. The win rack is nice; I don't LOVE it, but I like it. The Cx Service impressed me greatly.
