Samba Ceiling Clothes Line
The Samba ceiling mounted clothes line is a space-saving energy-efficient way to dry your freshly washed laundry. Simply pull the cord to allow the mechanism to expand from its space-saving ceiling mount. When not in use, the Samba retracts into its body and it may be mounted indoors against a ceiling or outdoors beneath a deck or balcony. Lower the dryer as much as 4 feet, hang your laundry, then raise it up again - the laundry is out of the way. Made from high quality airplane aluminum that has been anodized and weather-proof coated. Plastic parts made from industrial strength Polymide plastics. Clothes line made from "Twaron" high tension fiber. Clothes line: 62' long - enough for 2 loads of wash. Installed: 89" L x 5" W x 3.5" D; lowers to 48" H. Open: 60" L x 32" W. 13-lines. Made by Juwel in Austria. 2-year warranty.

I have been looking for this product ever since returning from a farm vacation in Austria! I searched US and German language websites to no avail. As a mother of six, I drooled over this laundry rack of my Austrian hostess. They hung their Samba underneath their wide eaves and easily hung up sheets, long towels and a couple loads of wash in a convenient space; raising it up to get it out of the way. As soon as my budget allows, I hope to have two Sambas hanging from my eaves (which are equally wide) :) thanks for importing it BB&B!
