Very Impressed!
We have purchased a couple different and more expensive satin sheet sets and this set has shown the most impressive wear. These sheets are amazingly soft and smooth even after several washes. In comparison to previously purchased satin sheet sets, thus far these do not catch edges on your skin near as much or pill where your feet rub etc giving longer wear and use. That is what is impressive with this weave. Some people may like the the deep shine and sheen of satin sheets for a rich look. These have a slight sheen but not near as pronounced as other satin sets, which we actually prefer, as they look more like a cotton sateen sheet set. But the smoothness and feel are very much satin.
A few negatives are the sheets are very thin and don't provide much warmth on their own, but paired with a warm comforter they are great. They also tend to wrinkle easily but can be smoothed out. And like most satin sets these slide pretty good, largely with the pillow cases on the flat sheet. The bone color is an off-white so be aware if expecting a pure white.
If you are looking for a rich sensual feel to your bedding I would highly recommend this sheet set for the price.
