- Simply boil 2 to 3 inches of water in a medium size pot, crack an egg into the center of each poacher, and using a spatula, carefully lower the poacher with the egg into the boiling water.
- Cover and boil for 3 to 5 minutes, and you have perfectly poached eggs.
- Can be served either in or out of the poacher.
