works great. I am NOT disappointed in this product. Can't edit the nickname from another post...oops! If anyone monitors these things, please remove the negative nickname?

This little cup is great...the stainless mesh is very smooth, and the coffee grounds come out cleanly and easily. I love it and i think it's well worth the higher price, because of the convenience of the clean 'dumping' of the grounds into the garbage. No muss, no fuss! Buy one!

Pays for itself
Fits into the machine nicely. Easy to use, fill, and very easy to clean. Much less expensive than using disposable K-cups and better for the environment. Pays for itself! I bought two for me and one for my daughter in college.

Solofill Cup Filter up
The Solofill Cup is easy to fill and easy to clean. We have 4 of them and use them every morning and whenever we make cup of coffee. I have recommended the Solofill cup to family and friends.

I went from using the Perfect Pods EZ-cup with filters to this. Unfortunately I had family over that did not know that the EZ cup was reusable and tossed it out and bought us this one in its place. Compared to the filtered cup and this mesh filter, the coffee comes out lighter and with some residue at the bottom of the cup but not big particles or anything. Still makes a good coffee, but still miss my EZ-cup.

This little cup is worth every penny!
I purchased my Solofill cup a year after I had my brewer. The K-cups were great, just costly. I've had my Keurig for 4 years now and it's still going strong. You must use TAP water and not bottled. I'm looking to get a new one and this design is quite different from mines, and the lid has since detached itself through the years of use, yet it still works just fine. You will have to play around with the amount until you get the perfect cup and I have NEVER had any problems with sediment or grains in my cup... It clearly tells you where to fill it up to or you can use a regular coffee scoop. It's never to be filled to the top as I've seen some say. When I can find the bag of Green Mountain Coffee I purchase that, But generally, the best coffee is your favorite regular grind coffee in the bags or cans. I've never had to use a paper filter and I love the ease of using this without having to disassemble the cup holder in the brewer.... You just fill your cup, drop it in, select your cup size and keep it moving. Looking for some coupons for this so that I may get two more.

If you like coffee particles and sludge in your cup this is for you. Returning mine. Unfortunately I don't think any of these filters will work without a paper filter to get all of the sediment out of the coffee.

I just bought this for ease and use of my regular coffee (folgers) and it tasted better. I have a scoop for the coffee that we used on the old coffee maker and the holder held the same amount perfect for a 10 oz mug. There was a very small amount of sediment but nothing really to complain about. My old coffee maker had a metal filer, that left sediment you didn't want.
Some complained it is made out of plastic, if that is a problem then they may want to take a look at their coffee maker, tv, car, etc.
Even if this lasts a year of regular use (4 to 8 cups a day) it will be close to the cost we spent on filters for our other maker.
If your non k-cup coffee is to week for the size cup you drink you can try a more robust coffee.
