Top bars fall apart I guess I will need to glue it so they stay permanently. Also the bags came dirty with footprints on them like people walked on them before packaging them. I think if it would have cost less I wouldn't complain. Its works great for what I'm using it for!

What a fiasco! First this thing arrived with no bags and no hardware for putting it together. I was told on the phone that I could go to the nearest store and simply replace it, but at the nearest store they said it could only be ordered on line...So after another couple weeks of waiting the new one arrived and it is a complete piece of junk! All the parts are here, but one of the screwholes was misdrilled, so the whole thing does not line up and is essentially not useable. Now I have to take it back to the store and attempt to get my $ back, without a receipt, because the last one arrived with no invoice and no return mail label This is all especially frustrating to the person who does not drive and thus relies on mail order shopping. And, by the way, several days ago I received a box with a set of bags for this stupid thing. I guess they would have gone with the first rack, but without screws or wheels it would still be a bust. All in all, I won't be ordering from this company again. Hoping to get someone to take me and this box of junk back to the store and try to deal with this soon. E mail to customer service has received NO RESPONSE!

This is exactly what it looks like. The bags are removable. It was pretty easy to put together. Good rolling storage!
