Works for Me!
This scale works great for me... This scale is as accurate as my doctor's scale when it comes to my weight... I weigh myself before I go to the doctor, so that's how I know... I weigh myself AT THE SAME TIME almost everyday and have come to trust its accuracy... I also stand on this scale IN THE SAME PLACE each time... I have not set this scale up to monitor the other features because my weight is what I'm concerned with now... The only issue I've had is to replace the CR2032 lithium battery after a couple of years of ownership... I truly believe that following the directions provided with this scale is imperative... I lost mine, so I went to the Taylor USA website and saved the Instruction Book to my computer for future reference...

Inaccurate and short lived
I should have returned this after the first month. Weights varied day to by up to six pounds. Finally after four months, it completely stopped working. What a waste of money.

Junk from China
Don't bother with time or $ on this product. I kept it for a week and tried everything on this thing! Changed batteries, tried standing EXACTLY on the same spot on the scale. I never did get a constant reading. Several times it told me I had lost five (5) pounds in five minutes! Wow... if only. I should have trusted the other reviewers on this Taylor Biggest Loser bath scale, because they were right, it is truly the Biggest Loser. Returning it to BB&B.

Great Customer Service!
I went through the trouble to register for a username just so I could leave this review. I am so very pleased with the customer service offered at Taylor USA. I worked with a kind man named Larry at Taylor USA and he took care of the problem. He was about to ship me a new scale free of charge but was able to walk me through the problem and now my scale is working great!
