Purchased in stosre, seemed better than others. When I got it home and unwrapped it, it was so out of shape so I laid it flat on the bed. Four days later and it is still all curled up and uneven, won't lay flat. Does not look at all like it is in the picture. I thought it would have had some instructions on maybe there was a certain way to lay it out and how low does it take but there was nothing in the box.

Amazing Immediate Relief!!!
To start off - let me give you some background information. I have chronic back issues from different accidents and am a nursing student (so I am on my feet for 12+ hours), thus I need a firm mattress for support. Unfortunately firm is not very comfortable at all - especially for my hips. That being said I have tried over 5 memory foam mattress toppers (ranging 2 inches to 4 inches) and this is absolutely the best! Sleeping on it is like sleeping on a dreamy Cloud 9. At BB&B I tried the $500 topper which was very cool, but not at all supportive and had a strong chemical smell. I also tried the "Deluxe" version of this topper for $350 and it doesn't even come close to the comfort I have experienced on this topper. Please don't be thrown off by the measurements being a little short - that allows your sheets to still fit the bed with the added 3 inches. My husband and I do not even notice it and we are tall people. We are also not skinny minnies and this topper does not bottom out at all! I was so surprised by the comfort to density ratio. Bottom line - run to your nearest BB&B and give this amazing product a try - your back will thank you! Just don't forget your 20% off coupon :)
