I washed this in cold water on delicate cycle then put it in the dryer on lowest delicate setting and the back melted right away. I will be returning this.

Nice pad but undersized
It irks me when manufacturers skimp on their products. The Queen sized pad states on its label that it is 60 x 80, when it is actually 58 x 78, which means it is two inches short on the sides and top to bottom. Can you believe that this pad is made expressly for BB&B and the manufacturers name is Perfect Fit Industries. NOT.

Disappointing
This mattress pad did not hold up well to washing, even though I followed instructions exactly. It fared fine in the washing machine, but not in the dryer. Instructions recommend redistributing the pad a few times during the cycle, which I did. Even using the delicate cycle, the Olefin backing melted in spots. As a matter of fact, so did the the manufacturer's tags. I've never had this happen before. I'll try to return it, but don't know if I'll be able to since I removed it from the packaging to wash it. I'm very disappointed. Would have been a nice pad otherwise.

Not a good choice
I purchased this mattress pad on the advice of a store consultant. It says that it fits up to a 20 inch mattress.
My queen size mattress is 14-15 inches. Only the corners "fit". The sides are barely covered. It is a beautiful mattress pad but it doesn't fit.
