Dual alarm clock radio features Redi-Set that automatically sets itself to the correct year, month, date, day and time as soon as you plug it in and after a power interruption. It even adjusts from Standard Time to Daylight Saving Time automatically. It has dual alarms that can be set and used independently, and it offers three choices of alarm modes (every day, weekdays only and weekends only). It has an AM/FM radio with digital radio frequency display, rotary tuning and volume controls and a slide control for band selection. You can even wake to the radio or a buzzer alarm. Buzzer alarm starts softly and gradually gets louder. At night the programmable 90-minute timer with automatic shutoff let's you fall asleep to your favorite music. Also features wide-range 2 1/4" dynamic speaker, built-in AM and FM antennas and LED low battery warning indicator. Uses the included XBBU lithium battery. Measures 8" W x 3 3/4" H x 4" D. The clock is awesome. It sets itself automatically, is highly visible, and the dual alarms are very easy to use. The radio gets poor reception and is plagued with a "feature" that drags the clock function down with it. The radio tuner is analog but with a digital display. When you tune the radio, the clock display switches to show the radio station. Then about 10 seconds after you leave it alone, it switches back to time display. But, the radio station changes at random. Sometimes if you walk past the radio, the reception degrades and goes all static. Sometimes it does this completely at random. When this happens, the radio display changes. I don't know why the digital frequency display changes if you don't move the knob, but it does. So some mornings, I lie in bed watching the display switch back and forth from 91.5, 91.4, 91.3, 91.4, 91.5, etc. And it never settles long enough to display the time. I thought maybe my radio had been damaged or something so I bought a second one, it had the exact same problem.

Timex Redi-set dual alarm clock radio
Best purchase I've made for a small and efficient clock. It sets the time as soon as you plug it into the outlet. Easy to see the numbers and the alarm isn't too loud either. I highly recommend the purchase.

Would have been great if...
It lasted longer than a year! Now I know why it was only $20. I expected a longer lasting product from Timex. It had everything I wanted in a clock, & was really excited when I got it home, it did everything I needed. Then one day, it said "10hd". I have tried calling to get help, & replacing the battery, nothing works. Now it has a jumbled screen. I cant even exchange it because it's been over a year.
