Beautiful but not for everyone
I love this pitcher. However, it doesn't hold a lot of liquid and it is hard to clean. Therefore, you find yourself constantly refilling it and getting annoyed with it. Great pitcher for a single person but not a family.

Beautiful but fragile
I got this for my wedding in September. It chipped soon after we got it and seven months later, after I hit the top of it (not so forcefully might I add) the entire thing shattered.
Lenox has a policy where they'll replace it at 50% the cost but you also have to send it back and then have a new one sent to you... It's not really worth the trouble and I'm sure they know it.
I'm going to Bed Bath tomorrow with a coupon to buy a new pitcher. If I can find a comparable one that isn't so breakable I might go with it or I'll just begrudgingly get another one of these. I have friends that have been through three or four in as many years of marriage.

Excellent
This product is worth every penny. Beautiful, and the glass is thick so I don't worry about breaking it.

Chic and functional
I get compliments on this pitcher - not a usual thing to get compliments on! It's sturdy, great looking, chic design, but still has smooth edges to match more traditional place settings. I also have the matching decanter... love them both!
