Best. Pan. Ever.
This pan is amazing. I never thought I would get excited about a baking pan, but this one is worth it. You can read about all its great qualities: made in the U.S.A., made from recycled material; environmentally friendly, non-toxic non-stick coating. But the real question is, how good is the non-stick? And how well does it heat? The answer to both is, so good I was blown away. I first used the loaf pan to bake a healthy, low-fat beet bread - the kind that has so little fat in it that it almost always sticks to the pan. I did not grease the pan at all, and after baking, I turned the pan upside down and it slid right out. It came out so cleanly I can just wipe the inside of the pan with a paper towel and put it away. And the bread was baked perfectly and evenly; no dark spots. I've used this pan a few times now, with similar perfect results each time. I am sold. I will be buying this brand of bakeware exclusively as I replace some of the inferior products I have now (and the inferior products are things like Chicago Metallic Professional; not cheap stuff).
