Disapointing
The silver pattern on the Verdena is actually grey. The discription of the pattern is misleading and I am very upset and angry with Noritake. I am planning to return it.

Beautiful Dinnerwares
This pattern has everything I need, including the small rice bowls, which are just the rigjt side, not too big, not too small. It took me years to find this perfect sets. Beautiful, durable and excellent price! Thank you, Noritake.

quite smart
Quite smart- great styling. I like the understated elegance of this pattern. I was not sure if the pattern/ colour would be too much but when it arrived I was very happy- looks better on the table than on my computer screen.

This dinnerware is absolutely fabulous!
i ordered this china (learning that china is sturdier than stoneware) and it is as beautiful as described. It is a unique pattern, which I liked, and practical dinnerware at the same time. It looks both dressy/almost exotic, yet being so durable it is appropriate for almost any setting (except maybe a cookout).
Customer service was excellant which made the whole transaction a very nice experience.
