This fan is a great fan and is nearly silent on 1. It is a little noisy on 2 but that is okay because it moves air. I tested it with a tape measure, and on 2, it moved air 20 feet which was very surprising! On 1, it moved air 10 feet, but that is still a long way! Best desk fan I have EVER owned!

Little but Mighty
I purchased this fan even after reading the negative reviews. My husband has to have a fan running while sleeping. We were going on a cruise and I needed a small fan, it was the best purchase and and great for travel. GREAT FAN!!!!!
Did not make noise on high speed and very silent on low.

RATTLE
I like the fan, but it makes a rattling noise on high. I have gotten use to the noise. My fellow co-workers think it would drive them crazy. LOL

This pretty little fan is perfect for my desk at work! Two speeds and those are just perfect for cooling me down at work!
