Very Dissatisfied
I measured top of my waterbed before ordering to make sure I ordered the right one. The one ordered was supposed to fit my king size waterbed. The mattress pad did not cover the top of the bed and there was NO WAY to get the straps around the corners to stay on the bed. After returning and requesting 100% full refund -- which included shipping cost since the item was not as described -- I was only refunded the purchase price and tax. I was NOT refunded the shipping. That ticked me off since the reason for return was due to BB&B's description/measurement errors on website and NOT my fault. I will NEVER order from BB&B again! Found a much better quality one for the same price and it FIT my bed perfect on e-bay.

Too small, poor placement of anchor band ends
This pad was about 2 inches too narrow and 4 inches too short for our hardside CalKing water bed mattress. Also, the anchor band ends are too close together to hold the pad in place.
