Great bench for the foyer
I wanted this bench for my foyer so I would have storage for all my shoes, plus a place to sit when I put them on. This bench serves that purpose! It looks great, wasn't too difficult to put together and is exactly what I was looking for!

Difficult to put together
This is a nice looking bench..if you can get it put together. My boyfirend put this together and it was a complete nightmare. He has put together many pieces of furniture with no problems. This piece had poor instructions and the hindges in the seat would not install and work correctly, so I have no hindges in the seats. It is serving its purpose in my foyer, but I wouldn't purchase it again.

Easy assemble; looks great
I'm not sure what the issue was for those who were having issues putting the bench together, but I'm a 30 year-old female nurse that put this together in 30-45 minutes. Maybe they had defective parts, but this was easier than putting together IKEA furniture. I put it at the foot of my bed to store blankets and other odds & ends. It looks good and am definitely glad I chose this piece. When I move to a house and have enough closet space, I'll most likely use this for the front room for people to sit on to put on shoes and store off-season supplies. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent purchase!! Previous reviews were mixed but, I ordered it anyway. I put it together by myself and absolutely love it!! Very easy to assemble and is a great addition to my furniture. Love it!!
