Okay but not soft enough
These were a bit of a disappointment. I intended to use them as face towels.They were not soft enough and were very thin. I returned them.

WERE GREAT-BUT
I've purchased these both in the store, and online a number of times. The purchases and the towels have always been perfect, until this last purchase.
This time when I bought them, I ordered two- 4pks. What I recived was two towels, thrown loose in a box. The store did replace them and give me a free label to return the two towels. When the corected order arrived, I washed them as I always have. To my shock, they produced huge chunks of terry that was all over the place. Not lint, but chunks. Then they all look pilled, and have many loose strings. They continued to shed so washed again. They look tettible , like towels that are years old, not brand new.
I am so sick of dealing with this order, I didn't contact the store.
I am giving 4 stars for previoous purchases of this item. If I based it on this purchase, and the experience, it would have been 1 or 2 stars. I hope for better luck in the future.

PLUSH and SOFT
I use thes towels for my everyday face and hair routine. I love them so much as they remain plush and just get softer and softer with use. They wash well too. I usually give them a bleach once every month or so. I use a fresh one everyday so they do get washed a lot. I have sets of these dating back seeral years that are still in great condition. I just hope BBB never stops carrying them.
