Good Pan
I purchased this pan to create a 21st birthday cake, since I am not yet good at sculpting sheet cakes into recognizable shapes. The instructions were easy to follow and the cake came out of the pan well. Some of the batter baked between the spaceholder & side of the pan, but came off easily. I am exploring other options for the letters "w" & "m", once you see the suggested set-up for these letters you will understand why. The other con, if any, is that the instructions are on the back of the box, so you have to keep the box to know how to shape the letters. I am use to having the instructions on the inside of the box in a pamplet. All in all, another great Wilton product.

The Letters and Numbers Cake Pan Set is perfect for all occasions. It comes with a 141/2" x 9" non-stick pan and eight inserts. Using the squares inside the pan as a guide, you can take the inserts to make any letter or number that you like. Keep your packaging because on the back of the packaging it has all of the instructions for making every letter and number. Fill the pan two-thirds full with cake batter and bake on average about 28 to 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, and then you will come out with a letter or number just like this. |
