Just like me, this pasta pot is a true Italian original. I'm Chef Fabio Viviani and in Italy we never break our pasta before pouring it in the water. The new Bialetti Pasta Pot has an oval shape that allows you to go for the length and do not break your pasta. No breaking long pasta and with the lock-in lid with a colander implemented and the two heat resistant handles, this is the perfect ultimate gadget for pasta cooking. Now, our pasta is ready. And the built-in colander in the lid and the two handles with a lot of heat resistance they will make the draining extremely easy. And with the no-stick inside, it's a mess-free pasta pot. A little extra virgin olive oil and we can directly in the pot. I'm adding some fresh tomato; I'm adding some pepper and some salt and some fresh basil, and I'm gonna save some for garnish after. Now we close it back and we let it cook for a few minutes. With the nonstick interior and the built-in colander in the lid, this is one convenient pasta pot. And in this way, you can tell your family and friends that this is how we eat in Italy. No breaking pasta, no pasta sticking, no oven mitts, no colander needed.
