The 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface is nonreactive, and the magnetic stainless steel exterior can be used on any cooking surface, including induction. Its pure copper center is surrounded by 4 layers of aluminum that extend across the bottom and up the sides for even heat distribution. The riveted cast stainless steel handles are designed for secure handling and are curved for ultimate comfort and control. Covered pieces have domed lids that are marked for easy size identification. Oven safe up to 500° F (450° for non-stick).
