Not perfect, but I love it!
I've had 2 of these in use for my 3 cats for over a month now and they are easy to use, hold a lot of food and work perfectly so far. I only wish there was a smaller portion chiuce than 1/4 cup.

Great, but my dog is smarter!
I have the beige model and it works great. The only problem is that I recommend that the manufacturer have a locking cap on future models .
My dog just pops the top off and helps himself if I do not use packing tape on the top.

Makes Life Easier
This product was better than one I'd bought on amazon and had to return it because programming it was a pain. I'm always assured that my pet is being fed. :D
Pro: super easier to program, when I change the battery it keeps the feeding schedule, easy to refill, easy to clear a jam (just shake upside down), reliable.
Con: sometimes gets stuck (depends on the size of the dog food).

What a dissapointment!
This is a waste of money! It did not work 5 out of 9 times!!! The motor will spin and make the noise like it's working but then it doesn't drop the food most of the time! Jams up, sticks, etc. Have to constantly take it apart and unstick the food which defeats the purpose of having an auto feeder! Our poor dog was tortured by this machine thinking he was going to be fed and getting nothing! He's on an adult large breed food (maybe it's the size of the nuggets?). I just do not recommend this product unless you want to torment your dog thinking it's going to be fed or worse yet, starve it!
