It worked for me - no backpain since first use!
I had never heard of spinedok and was skeptical when i opened it Christmas morning. By 10am my usual upper backpain had set in, so I went and laid on the spinedok for 5 min. It felt great... and my back pain disappeared! I have laid on it once a day for 5 min since (now 8 days) and have not had back pain once! (I usually take Alieve once a dayfor the pain.) I have done all of the things that normally trigger my back pain: vacuuming (even steam cleaning my carpets), dish washing, computer work (I am on 45+ hours per week), carrying a heavy baby/toddler....
I took it to my dad to try it yesterday, who has severe back pain. It was so bad he couldn't sleep the night before. He laid on it and said it felt good right away. By the time I checked back in with him 2 hours later, he was on it again with his computer tablet in hand ordering it online! (He has had lower back pain since his 20's and has had surgery and cortisone injections for pain.)
I am completely sold... It relieves even better than a massage. I am so happy!

Relieving Back Aches, Pain, and Tension
I first saw SpineDok when I came across the SpineDok website. I saw their brief video. In addition to working on the computer all day, I also do a lot of gardening and odd jobs around my house. As a result my entire back gets sore and very tight, so I took a chance and purchased a SpineDok Deluxe Package (which is what you see being advertised here). When I first lay on the SpineDok, I could really feel the stretch on both my upper and lower back (SpineDok stretches your upper back when you lay on top of it in one direction and when you turn it around 180 degrees and lay on it again, it stretches your lower back--- see the clear instructions that come with it). After about two or three weeks laying on the SpineDok for about 5 to 10 minutes a day (in each direction), I could really feel my upper and lower back begin to open and loosen up. I've had the SpineDok now for almost two months, and I'm happy to say that SpineDok works for me. On the SpineDok website, they post reviews and comments from other SpineDok users. I was skeptical at first, but SpineDok has made a believer out of me as well. In closing, I'd like to add that some users claim that they got near instant results when they used SpineDok and after using SpineDok myself I can see how that may be true for some users. On the other hand it took me almost a month before I felt the full effect of the SpineDok because my posture was not the greatest (yes, I slouch, my head is forward and my chin is up). I'm extremely pleased with my SpineDok!
