Shield Life Cool Pad
I purchased the Shield Life Cool Pad for my 11 year old grandson that has CP and spends most of his day in a wheel chair. This product was too large for his wheelchair. Also, this product is rough and would not be easy to lay on for a long period of time. We purchased the smaller pillow cool pad and were able to use behind his back to help keep him cool.

Cooled me down
I was having trouble sleeping and pulled this out and fell to sleep in a few minutes. It did what it said it would, pulled my body heat away and cooled me off. I woke up a few hours later and it had warmed up. I took it off the bed at this time.. It cooled down by morning.
If you're looking for this to last hours and hours, probably not for you. But if you need it to cool you down so you can get to sleep, this works perfectly.
And if you buy the Pillow Cool Pillow insert ... that works great for my feet (it's too hard to put in a feather pillow. Put it in the fridge for a couple hrs and this does stays cool for a couple hrs.

One of the worst purchases I have made
When you initially use the product, it is very cooling and does exactly what it says it will do, but within a couple of hours it works more like a heating pad than a cooling pad. I have returned it
