Big mistake
We love Tervis and have all shapes and sizes. However, the new water bottle is a bust! Unlike the other sizes, it sweats and keeps ice a very short time compared to the other sizes. Tervis would have been better off to have designed a no-leak top for the 24 oz tumbler which keeps ice very well and is the same size as the water bottle.

I purchased two of these cups from the same store at the same time. One of them is great....no leaks, while the second one leaks from the same place the previous reviewer stated (the seam under the latch). I am going to return the leaking one and hope I get another good one like the first cup.

I wanted to love this as much as my tumblers
The water bottle is the greatest idea ever except that you are going to get a shower down the front of your shirty ever day when you use it. No matter how you screw the top on, water pours out from under the latch on the seem where the lid meets the cup. I have has 2 sets of replacements lids and no improvement. I love my Tervis Tumblers and am so disappointed with this product. I even sent some as gifts and have to apologize for the leaking. I am really disappointed at the customer service provied thus far from Tervis Tumbler.

Love it!!
This water bottle is the best, just like the Tervis tumblers. They keep my drink cold and ice intact for a very long time. Very easy to drink from, even while driving and does not drip, leak or sweat. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Definately worth the price.
