awful!!
The mop attachments kept coming off. Then it broke snapped. This was all during the first use. I thought the swiffer was flimsy but this is just garbage.

Snapped mop holder
Product worked fairly well for a few weeks. Then yesterday the portion of the mop holder that attaches to the handle just snapped off flush at the connection. Way too easy to break.

So-So
I bought this about a month ago and have used it twice. I found that the pads didn't stick to the mop head very well and I kept having to re-attach them, especially the microfiber one once it was wet. The second time I used this, it broke. Cleaned well when I could get it to cooperate, but it's going back.

best mop ever
I have dogs, hardwood, and tile. First use the white fluffy velcro pad to pick up all the dog hair on the dry floor - fast. Then spray the floor with Bona HW floor cleaner, switch to the blue microfiber pad, and mop up all the remaining dust. It picks up more dust and hair than a conventional broom and mop and in a fraction of the time. No dust pan, no chasing loose dog hair, no fuss. The spray isn't just good for hardwood; it's also great on tile, etc. No more doing floors on your hands and knees with rags! This broom/mop combo does a better job and in no time at all. If you want your life back AND want a clean house, RUN to the store and buy this thing. It will save you SO much time. Tip: You don't have to throw the pads in the washer. Just use dish gloves, put dishwashing liquid on the pad, and hand wash it quickly in a utility sink. Hang outside to dry and you're good to go. Now back to the 3rd quarter of the Clippers game... Go CP3!
