Rowenta Garment Steamer IS6200
Died after a few months. No parts avail.
Works ok but died after a few months of normal use. It is impossible to find replacement parts for it. Complete waste of money.

Decent product overall
I, too, found many of the same pros and cons that other reviewers mention about this product.
PROS: it is quiet, has minimal water spitting, consistent steam flow, and a telescoping pole with built in hanger.
CONS: The built in hanger doesn't actually keep the pants or skirt clipped tightly so they constantly are falling off while trying to steam. Also, the hanger holder doesn't keep your hanger in place so I ended up having to hold the garment off the device and steaming with the other.
It's a decent steamer when factoring in price and compared to other steamer I have used. I just wish the hanger device was better.

Don't waste your money
This steamer is completely gutless. I bought this product because I hate to iron. This steamer takes just as much time as ironing and the results are not nearly as nice. To add insult to injury, the steamer is not designed well. The telescoping arm is not tall enough and the shirt hook does little to actually hold the shirt while working it. I ended up holding the shirt with one hand while steaming with the other. The only thing that this steamer is good for is to freshen clothes that have already been pressed and hung too long in a packed closet.

So-so, cannot be made better for USA
I purchased it as a present for my wife. We tried it a couple of times. As other reviews have indicated, it is not powerful enough, just good for small jobs of fixing small creases and refreshing clothes. As an engineer I see that the problem of all the steamers lies in the limitation of power for the steam creation element. Because of the 15 Amp wire limits in US the power of the steamer cannot exceed 1600 W. Therefore all the steamers are going to be underpowered in comparison to the professional ones that use 240 V and have 3500 W power. To compensate for that power limit manufacturers are using tricks like smaller holes or adding a small fan to show that steam is coming out faster. I am still trying to persuade my wife to keep it for small jobs, but she insists on returning it. Too big for keeping it just in case.

A decent steamer.
I purchased this steamer after my Conair Steamer broke. I wanted to stay under $100, and based on the 1 review, I chose this one. I like the steamer hose and that this has a spring. It's easy to use and heats up fast. What I now realize I don't like is that the post does not rotate. It's very hard to use the shirt hanger, because you can't hang onto the steamer head and rotate the garment to get the back of it or to get it on and off. I wish the hook for a hanger was deeper so hangers wouldn't fall off so easily. Also, it makes a gurgling noise now, and it's got more than half a tank of distilled water. But I like the attachments, it comes with a creaser for pants and shirts and a lint brush. I think this is a good buy for the money.

Best Garment Steamer
I purchased this a few months ago as a replacement for a Conair that broke. This things really steams! Looks very elegant and I don't mind leaving this out in my bedroom. The wheels are great for moving this around, so I find myself wheeling it into other room, like the living room, where I have started steaming my drapes to freshen them up and kill and hiding critters (dust mites, bed bugs, etc). Great purchase!
