Absolutely Junk
I had more confidence in Bed Bath's vendor screening than is apparent in this company's performance. Product failed to work from the box and the Berger customer service dept. is a joke. It isn't a price issue as much as you just hate to get ripped off.
Can't help but think Dilbert could find a wealth of material in this company. One thing for sure Tom Peters will not be including them in his next Excellence book!
Can't be emphatic enough, simply DISMAL!

Piece of Junk
I had always looked at Sharp products as a good brand, but am very disappointed in this unit. Display did not register outdoor temps. Numerous calls to MZ Berger Service Center listed in owner's manual were nevered answered, returned, nor productive. They couldn't care less if you get it to work. I will be returning to store for refund and never purchasing another Sharp product again unless they stop doing business with Berger.
