Love this pillow!!!!!!
I own more memory foam pillows you could imagine. They're great for in my pillow shams, but not for sleeping. I bought one of these pillows a few years ago, and I just purchased 2 more. It's firm, but not hard, I've never slept better. If you want support but not too hard of a pillow, this one's a keeper...

ehhhhh...
My husband tried this in a store and loved it (he has a herniated disc in his neck). We took it home that day and within a month the pillow just turned into a sandbag. I used it a couple of times as I'm more of a side sleeper, but I ultimately got my own pillow.
Hubs now uses this pillow as a seat cushion for his home office chair.
