Other settings allow you to keep food warm, slow cook sauces, casseroles and soups, or cook rice and pasta, brown nuts and fry. The Cook n' Look tempered glass lid allows you to view your dish without letting heat escape and it features adjustable steam vents. Best Wok out there
This is hands down the best wok I have ever owned. It heats up quickly and gets really HOT. This is not a flimsy pan. It has weight to it. I really like the non stick surface. It is very easy to clean. The lock to hold the top piece to the bottom piece is a little difficult to get to, because it is underneath the base plate. I also wish the temperature control would have temperature settings on it rather than just numbers 1-5. The pan is a good size. Please note that you cannot use metal utensils with this pan. It will scratch the surface. Storage is a little difficult, because of its size. This pan is not only good for stir fy, but for almost any type of cooking. I use it anytime I want dinner on the table quick.

Great Wok
I like the fact that this wok has its own heat source that you can conrol temperature with. Old woks I used on the stove were always iffy with temp plus moved around so much when trying to "stir fry". This wok has the temperature control, its solidly built, the lid fits well. Its perfect. Now I just need to learn to cook more Chinese foods! I give it 5 stars for workability and for price.
