overpriced
The serving platter is a bit longer and less wide than the dinner plates so about the same surface area. I thought the price too high since an entire place setting costs less than the platter. Had I analyzed it before I would've just planned on using dinner plates as servers. It will be functional to have a bit narrower piece to put in middle of table as dinner plates are quite large. Goes through dishwasher beautifully. Too big for my microwave.
