My neck no longer hurts
It is a little firm and a bit of an odd shape. I have been using it less than a week though and my neck and shoulders are not sore. I can't remember the last time I could say that. I have tried many pillows and none have cured my neck pain like this one.

SIde Sleeper
Tempur's Best Side Sleeper pillow has been "updated" with newer and "fresher" memory foam. But upon my personal use comparing it to my a few year older model, it is NOT as "face & neck friendly" as my older model. The memory "foam" itself has also changed for the "worse"! It does NOT "warm-up" and allow facial depressions as easy as my older one, making it "hard" on the face, neck, and ears. Even after a few weeks, the "Neck" molds did start to "soften" some so it wasn't so hard on the back of the neck, but it just wasn't "Comfortable" like the Older more "pliable" memory foam used in that version of the pillow! I think TP has made some mistakes in going with this "newer, Harder, less-pliable foam"!
