Aerobie® AeroPress® Coffee & Espresso Press
The best coffee maker I have ever owned
I love my morning coffee. After years of suffering through brand name drip machines that made oily, bitter coffee this is a true revelation. Simple, I grind my beans fresh every morning and sit back and enjoy.

Love this little thing
I live in the Caribbean and I'm the only one that drinks coffee in our house and not a lot at that. I have another single serve thing that I have been making coffee with, and it was o.k., but I saw this and read the ratings. I thought for the money, how could I go wrong and that was so true. The coffee this makes is so much better than most coffee or espresso makers I have used, without paying a lot of money, and great for traveling. Very easy to use also. I will be going to visit family in GA and they use a Nespresso or one of those types coffee makers. I've never been impressed, they all cost so much, and I feel like I'm drinking colored water. Now I can take my Aerobie and make one good, strong cup of coffee the way I like it!
One complaint, not with this machine, but with the website. If you don't know the name of this, it is really hard to find on the website. I found it, the only one in a store yesterday, and grabbed it.

GREAT COFFEE MAKER!!!!!
I can whole-heartedly recommend this coffee maker! I saw a story on TV about how this coffee maker is the best around, so I researched it, and went to BB&B and ordered it. The salesgirl said that they couldn't keep them in stock, because they were popular suddenly! The coffee maker came in about 3 days; put it together and tried making it. WOW! A better tasting cup of coffee cannot be found! This coffee maker makes any where from 1 to 4 cups. You have to have fresh ground coffee, which is what I used. It remains to be seen what a difference flavored coffee and fine ground coffee would make. Anyway, I recommend the coffee maker!

never had a better cup of coffee
We purchased this coffee maker 6-15-2014, after trying many coffee makers in the past!
It is GREAT! It doesn't have any aftertaste or bitterness. We have been using it everyday, since!
We make 2 cups of coffee on most days, mixing decaf with regular coffee at half/half ratio ; we make it with regular coffee, not fine ground, on some of the other days!
It remains to be seen what a difference fine grounds would make, as well as different flavors!
WE CAN"T STRESS THIS ENOUGH, WE LIKE THIS COFFEE MAKER!!!! And we got ours at 20% off the price!!!!

A remarkable plastic piece of heaven
I've had this remarkable plastic piece of heaven for a couple years now. I'll tell ya, my first year was full of growing pains with some odd and, apparently, extremely rare problems with my press. The coffee it produces is the best I've ever had, owing a lot to being freshly made, but mostly to the method of brewing. The coffee is incredibly consistent and flexible in the strength by letting you choose both the amount of water and coffee. I've raved about this device and always will. Now, as stated, I've had problems and this is what is really remarkable. I called for a warranty issue within the first year and was immediately sent a replacement. The second year, same problem and was again immediately sent a replacement. Aerobie asked me to keep in touch after sending a revised replacement material and I did. I had compressed my plunger by storing it inside the chamber, without knowing this was possible, and was sent another plunger at no cost after contacting them! OMG, where have you ever heard of anything like this? Nowhere, that's where! I have actually had real live conversations with several people from the company and have even emailed back and forth. These people are truly dedicated to their product, customers and your experience. I can, without any reservation, recommend this product and the company. You will not regret it and if you have any problems I am certain you'll be satisfied with the results. Promise!

Well worth the cost
I'd been looking to get one of these things to add to my (growing) collection of coffee brewing devices (this puts me over 30 now), so when my girlfriend gave me a gift certificate last week, I took the plunge to see what all the fuss was about. I did some research before buying it, and never have I run across a more pretentious lot of coffee snobs than the bunch that use the Aeropress. Seems like they *all* have the secret formula for the "perfect cup", although they end up making Americanos with it. I don't have the need (or desire) for weighing each granule of coffee grounds or each drop of water; timing is done with the clock what's in my head. And if I wanted an Americano, I'd use my Vesubio. So, I devised my own formula for a "no dilute" full cup of plain ol' coffee (it's on YouTube if you're curious, along with several other videos using *vintage* devices). An 8-ounce cup is all it's good for, but an excellent 8-ounce cup it is. And clean up couldn't be easier. Twist off the filter cap, pop the puck in the trash, and rinse it off. BPS-free plastic, durable, a breeze to use, and you have full control (use the "inverted" method for best results). You're only limited by your choice of beans and your own taste.

Researched coffee presses this morning and decided to try this. The coffee was amazing! No more kcups or drip coffee makers here. It is easy to use, easy to clean and the coffee is the best quality I have ever made at home.

Excellent coffee for a one cup maker!
For years I have throwing away brewed coffee that I didn't want to reheat and wouldn't want to drink, even though I made only 2 or 3 cups. One cup is usually plenty for me. Now I can brew one very tasty, deeply flavored, very smooth cup of whatever coffee I choose. This simple little brewer is fabulous, simple to use (it does require some hand strength), practically cleans itself, and makes great coffee! Just be sure you have wide mouth cups: short and squatty ones rather than tall and slender. I heat the milk in the cup before I put the brewer on it. Great buy--and all hanks to Mary Hunt of Debt Free Living!
