No longer buying Calphalon...
Really weird, but this has happened every time I've used the pans, they pop once they reach a certain temperature in the oven. Meaning they do not lie flat but instead, one corner turns up and it is no longer a flat surface. This would only be a big deal if you're cooking something that has drained liquid, otherwise its not a big deal, but very bizarre. These aren't super cheap so I was pretty disappointed when this happened, not to mention the loud "pop" sound that comes from the oven each time I use them.

These are great
We have had Calphalon pans for years, and loved them. When I found these at BB&B I loved the size and the 2-pack. They are wonderful to cook on, they hold a lot and cook evenly. Buying a set for my sister - in - law for Christmas at her request.

great for baking
just baked some cookies on this cookie sheet...omg...effortless...does not stick to sheet and clean up was a breeze. No round markings of any kind like my old cookies sheets, no need to spray pam, no need aluminum foil...love this. less time cleaning. throwing my old cookies sheets away.
