The revolutionary design of this beater blade allows it to thoroughly mix batter, eliminating the need to stop and scrape the bowl manually. The high-quality, enhanced blade includes a flexible rubber wing down the entire length of both sides of the blade that simulates the action of a powerful spatula gently, yet thoroughly scraping the bowl clean. This action can speed up the mixing process by up to 50 percent and eliminates the need to stop the mixer repeatedly to scrape down the beater or the sides of the bowl.
