Stylish and functional, the Chantry knife sharpener from Messermeister is designed by Robert Welch, Royal Designer for Industry, and is on permanent display in the New York Museum of Modern Art. Features a durable cast iron body and two replaceable, regular-grit butcher sharpening steels boasting the same hardness, temper and cut as professional-grade steel. Steels are pre-set at an optimum angle and spring loaded to accommodate a variety of edge angles and prevent knife damage during sharpening. Not recommended for use on Japanese knives or knives that have an edge angle less than 20 degrees. Made in England. Lifetime warranty.
