It gives your body cues that regulate sleeping and waking patterns, and provides harmonious light and sound therapy. A light diminishes as you fall asleep and increases as you wake up, and you program the timing so it becomes your own personal sunrise and sunset. You can choose natural spectrum white light, or a series of calming colors that illuminate the lamp, and program light intensity to one of 15 brightness levels. You can also choose soundscapes, two with accompanying music and four without, or FM radio, all with excellent sound quality. Energy saving LED light and display, including dimmer.
