The Colby measures 13.4" Diameter and 2" H that includes a deep well for an appetizing display of crackers or breads. The raised cutting surface measures 8.7" Diameter and boasts a small moat around the perimeter for collecting brine or juice from soft cheeses, fruits or olives, helping divert moisture away from the cracker well. The pull-out drawer neatly houses stainless steel tools including a cheese spreader / serrated cheese knife, a cheese fork, and a hard cheese knife. All three tools have Acacia wood handles.
