Made of durable Sugar Maple, board has one side for carving beef and fish, and the other side of the board features a cut-out for securely holding poultry while carving. Both sides have a well for catching juices and one end of the well has a wide well for pooling the juices. The wider well on the one side also has a pouring spout so you can pour juices back into a roasting pan for a quick reduction or gravy. Measures 14" W x 20" L x 1" D. Hand wash.
