Great Griddle
We have had this griddle for about two months now and use it frequently. My wife and I have had several griddles and skillets over the years, always the inexpensive department store style and they were functional but never did anything particularly well. So when our previous griddle failed we decided to step up to something a bit more well made and consistent in it’s heating surface, and that didn't lose a lot of heat when the food was placed on it, or at least recouped it’s temp quickly. This unit, while pricey, fills the bill. We use it as a small flat top cooker for great burgers, grilled cheeses sandwiches, eggs, meats, and of course pancakes. Everything we throw on it comes out perfect, the non-stick surface is, so far, great. The temp control is very even and accurate, decent heat up time as well. We love it.
