Roller stopped working
In less than one year, the roller stopped turning. the vacuum is now making a loud noise and has lost suction. I cleaned the machine according to the instructions, but to no avail.
Called BB&B and they said that they would return the item.

Hate it!
I've only had it for a couple of months and like stated in previous reviews, the brush roller just stops working. Nothing in there. Just stopped. I've taken it apart and don't see why it's doing this. I wish I had stuck with the trusty Dyson or I even love my little Shark better than this. Will never purchase Electrolux again.

great price
I bought this vacuum because my Dyson animal ball, started losing suction. This vacuums price is awesome plus I used a 20% coupon which made it a better buy. The vacuum is bigger then the Dyson but suction is much better, & easier to use although I do miss the size of the Dyson. It will take some time to get used to the size and functions but for the price its well worth it. If you don't have the money for a dyson this is the way to go. I would of liked to get the new Animal Dyson but it would been an extra $200.00 which is too much money for me .

Best vacuum cleaner ever!!
This vacuum cleaner works great so far. It really sucks up dirt like no other. The vacuum cleaner is light weight, the swivel motion makes it easy to maneuver. I did notice a little bit of the carpet thread getting suck in which might not be so good for shaggy or old carpets. I am very pleased with this purchase my carpet looks amazingly clean.
