Dyson 12"- It works
I actually really like this fan. Even though many reviews were complaining about the noise factor at its highest setting, as it can get pretty loud and powerful, It's really about the same noise as a running AC or other fans that have blades. It doesn't bother me at all. Actually, at a lower setting its quite quiet and oscillates smoothly. Also, its easy to clean and very nice looking.
Now that its getting hot here in NYC I have had the chance to test its temperature regulating and cooling ability, and I have to say, it gets the job done. On a hot day I can sleep comfortably without an AC.
So, even though I deducted a star because of the price--it was pretty expensive, even though I got it on sale--I recommend this fan and I would even purchase another for my home.

worth every penny!
I am a huge dyson fan. all the products are totally worth it - this is an absolutely awesome fan! the only thing I would improve is - remote control would be nice :)

Dyson 12" table Fan
There is NOTHING like this fan!!! Sleeping Baby quiet and well worth the money after you save soooo much time cleaning the other type. Wouldn't trade mine for anything. Thanks Dyson!!

GREAT
THESE FANS ARE N O T LOUD they are QUIETER than BLADE FANS & YES THEY DO MOVE THE AIR I sit 15feet from it & feel the air, they are a little bit high priced BUT THAT'S KINDA EXPECTED YOU PAY MORE MONEY FOR A BETTER PRODUCT & THAT'S WHAT THESE FANS ARE THEY A BETTER PRODUCTS...
