Retraction of Unsatisfied post I would like to apologize. The items were delivered! However, our friends had moved to another apartment, in the same building. They went to their old apartment and inquired if a package had been delivered. Sure enough, it was there! The new people in the apartment had the package but didn't know what to do with it. Bed Bath and Beyond was not at fault. Even so, they had offered to send the gifts again, which was very nice of them and I got quick customer support. By the way, my friends loved this as a gift. Didn't deliver my gift I can't give any recommendations on this item. I sent it as a gift, and it never arrived, even though I have sent gifts to that address for years. I will never send a gift through Bed Bath & Beyond ever again. November 3, 2011
