Espresso machine features a dual stainless steel boiler heating system with electronic PID temperature control. The brew boiler extracts to within 1(DEG)F/1(DEG)C, while a separate steam boiler offers instant and powerful steam on demand. Shots are extracted at the right temperature, while milk is simultaneously steamed with the 3-hole tipped, 360 degree swivel steam wand. The Heat Exchanger and additional element in the group head ensure the entire system maintains a consistent temperature. Also features an Over Pressure Valve, which limits the 15 Bar Italian pump throughout the extraction. It also offers a true low pressure pre-infusion for even extraction. Includes adjustable brew temperature, a temperature display in either F or C, a preset/manual-override/programmable shot volume and programmable pre-infusion duration and pre-infusion power.
