Very Flawed Design
I read all the reviews before buying this frother, and with the Starbucks name, what could go wrong? It was great the first few times, then stopped working entirely. Returned it for another, and it worked well for 3 weeks. Noticed a burn spot on the bottom that could not be cleaned, then it started overflowing, then totally burned the milk. Loved the froth, hated the frother...it's gone now.

I tried this product twice! First one, warmer stopped working after 2 weeks. Second one stopped completely after 2 weeks! Don't waste your time on this one!

Temperamental Piece :-(
At first I loved this product, BUT after about 2 weeks the frother became temperamental. It stopped heating the milk and would only work after exhaustive efforts to get it to turn on. I'm very disappointed with this product. I plan on returning it this weekend :-(

Very Disappointing
Purchased one of these along with the Verismo machine. The milk frother worked great for about three weeks - until it didn't work at all any more.
Got a replacement from my local BB&B store, where they were very nice about it and very helpful. The replacement worked great for six days - until it didn't work at all any more.
I followed the care and cleaning instructions to the letter, neither unit was dropped or damaged in any other way. Clearly it's a poor quality product from a company that I expect better of. I honestly thought that Starbucks reputation was such that they care about their products and about putting quality products out there.
Very disappointing.
