Disapointed Gel Pro Customer
After purchasing a 15"x35", Khaki,item # 297917 for $100.00 at BedbathandBeyond aproximately 24 months ago the Cordoba "durable, synthetic cover material" started cracking. It should be noted that there was no harsh chemicals applied to the gel matt during cleaning. Although we found the Gel Pro Mat to be enjoyably confortable under foot it was not worth the $50.00 a year. ROI (return on investment).

Good investment
I have had one of these mats for a few years. It is SO comfortable to use and is wonderful to have on tiled floors! Yes, it does "slip" a bit (gradually) and I wish that it did not. But the anti-fatigue factor is worth the price! btw, I have used the less-expensive, non-gel-filled mats and they are just NOT as good - and they ALSO slip.

think it depends on the type of floor you have
I purchased two of these mats for our kitchen, which has wood floors. They are very comfortable to stand on, but they slide around usually towards the bottom edge of the cabinets. Then your heels hang over the back of the mat, because they are not very wide. I tried putting those grip pads between the mats and the floor and they help a little. If these mats could be built so they didn't slide, they would be great. As it is, I would not recommend them to anyone with wood floors. I don't know how they work on any other surfaces, but due to their expense, I would be check them out before purchasing.

love this mat
I bought this mat to use next to my kitchen island. I can stand on it for hours without foot pain. I love to bake and cook, but hard floors used to bother my feet if I stood for more than an hour or so. These are a God send....I know they sell similar items at other stores at a cheaper price, but I would probably purchase this one again - it is that good.
