This professional, convenient electric turkey fryer is safe for indoor use on your countertop, and allows you to cook up to a 14-pound turkey. It uses one-third less oil than conventional turkey fryers for healthier cooking and less oil wasted, and includes a tap drain to help make clean-up quicker and easier. The automatic safety shut-down device prevents the oil from overheating, and the power cord breaks away in case the fryer falls. The fold-away lid has a viewing window and built-in filter, and a cooking basket with a drain clip allows you to fry other foods as well. Features a digital timer and adjustable thermostat. Awesome!!!
I have had fried turkey before and loved it but this frier is indoor and you don't have to keep monitoring the temperature. When you add in the fact that you can steam and boil in it also then this in one handy cooker. I got the XL version so I can cook up to a 20lb. bird at once even though they recommend that you only cook up to a 15lb. I cooked a turkey that was 14.7lbs. and it took less than an hour and came out delicious. One thing that I noticed is that the magnetic plug can be disconnected (causing it to shut off) easily by accident if you are working on other things in the counter space around the cooker so be careful or it will come off. I know this is for safety reasons so I understand why they did it. Can't wait to try some boiling and steaming next!

Easy To Use & Clean
I purchased this to cook a turkey for this past Thanksgiving and it worked great. It was really convenient having it inside and was really easy to use. I had an outdoor turkey fryer before, and definitely prefer this. It was a lot easier to clean afterwards, and we followed the instructions in the booklet on how long to cook the turkey (down to the exact minute) and it came out perfectly and tasted great. Will definitely be using it again.

BUTTERBALL TURKEY FRYER
I bought the turkey fryer about a week ago and was cooking a turkey for about 30 min and it shut off What a dissappointment I thought I was going going to have a fried turkey I guess we don't get one this year So know i wouldn't buy this fryer unless you want to be be angry about something you purchased I guess i could have got a lemon !!!!! Mabey thats what happen I'm working on trying to get it fixed hopefully itdoes get fixed and i will try again xmas.

Safe, easy Turkey fryer
Highly recommend this turkey fryer. Friends thought I was going to blow the house up -NO! This fryer is safe, easy and uses less oil. The turkey comes out delicious in a fraction of the time in the oven. We use this all the time for both turkey breasts and turkey's under 12 pounds - the biggest I would recommend.
