Pretty when new
The pans are of very sturdy quality, seem balanced and heat very evenly. The issues to consider when purchasing these are what one should consider before any stainless steel cookware set.
Sticking: these are NOT your non-stick pans. Things want to cling. That being said, we bought an oil mister and that seems to help for things like eggs. I may go get a good non-stick omelet pan to cut down on the frustration for delicate items like eggs.
Appearance: They are BEAUTIFUL when brand-new but quickly start to get discolored. I have been using Dobe sponges to clean them, staying away from steel wool, etc. My next thing to try will be bar keeper's friend or another cleansing/polishing cream.
Knowing these two limitations, I'd still buy them for their ability to cook evenly.

Good Cookware
This was a step up for me from the stainless I was using before. It cooks perfectly on medium heat. Sometimes you just have to be more patient. I find cleanup easy as long is it is done right after the pan cools off. I've have to use barkeepers friend a few times to clean everything. Food flavors really come alive in the set. I would recommend for the price.

Can better cookware make you a better cook? YES!
I've owned this cookware for almost 10 years. It's amazing how well it performs! Excellent quality, quick and even heating, incredibly easy clean-up (IF you allow the pans to cool first and use Bar Keeper's Friend)!
Because these pans distribute heat so well, you'll find your cooking skills improving because the subtle dishes which require more precise temperature control are easier to accomplish!
There's nothing these pans won't handle.

Love them, but some sticking
Many people say they fry eggs without having them stick on the Tri-Ply pans like I bought. I am not getting that result. I usually preheat the pan and then use a thin coat of canola oil in the pan. but eggs usually stick-- I end up breaking the yolk on fried eggs or being unable to cleanly flip an omelet in one piece.
What's recommended-- am I using to hot of a flame?
