Bad bad bad...then good
Poor customer service on the phone while waiting for this online purchase. Finally arrived with parts missing. should have known when I saw the notice in the box that said "parts may be missing" The good part of my experience was the manager of the Melbourne Fl store who took my return and turned a frustrating experience into a good memory.
