One of the best.
We purchased this knife set back in late 2005 with some of our wedding money. I have had a ton of different sets in my 48 years and these are the best I've ever used. Not saying there aren't other contenders out there but these are great. I purchased a pro-knife sharpener to keep the edge perfect and only need to use the buffing pad every couple of weeks. I regrind a new edge about once a year and these still look like they've come right out of the box!
